AWS Marketplace introduces Tax management portal for sellers

Amazon Web Services has launched a new Tax management portal for AWS Marketplace sellers, providing a centralized self-service interface for invoice management and retrieval. The portal integrates directly into the AWS Partner Central console, allowing sellers to view and download both seller listing fee invoices and buyer invoices for applicable regions without requiring support ticket submissions. Sellers can access the portal through AWS Partner Central or the AWS Marketplace Management portal, with advanced search and filtering capabilities including invoice ID, date range, and invoicing entity parameters. The platform offers programmatic access through the ListInvoiceSummaries API, enabling automated invoice retrieval for enterprise workflows. Sellers can download multiple invoices simultaneously and benefit from bulk operations for audit preparation and financial reconciliation. For India-based sellers specifically, the portal provides additional functionality to view and download tax invoices generated on behalf of buyers, with filtering options by buyer name, account ID, and other relevant criteria across multi-region marketplace operations.
